As a career fundraiser for more than 20 years, and a solopreneur/entrepreneur building and running her own business for the last dozen of those, Bridget thinks a lot about sustainability, growth, and money. The skills that serve Bridget as a fundraiser have also helped her thrive as an entrepreneur, and vice versa.
Bridget launched Gallagher Group in 2010 in response to a need among growing non-profit media organizations to navigate the donor universe, articulate their theories of change, and measure their impact.
Gallagher Group now works with a variety of organizations fulfilling different roles in the mission-driven media landscape, from content producers (The Markup, Global Press) to collaborative content studios (ARIJ, Finance Uncovered) to media development/training & capacity-building organizations (ONA, Thomson Foundation) to information access and press freedom organizations (ACOS Alliance).
With a lengthy track record of successfully cultivating gifts and grants from a variety of individual and institutional donors, Gallagher Group brings a working knowledge of the donor community’s priorities and processes to every project, helping clients make the best use of their time and resources and achieve the fundraising results they need.
